Help us plan for our library’s future

In the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, St. John the Baptist Parish Library staff worked diligently to reopen a service location in LaPlace. An entrance was created on the left side of the Norris J. Millet Sr. Library, opening doors to a cheerful, compact space with all the services the community has come to know and love. Now, the time has come to rebuild the storm-damaged LaPlace library, and the public will help shape the future of the facility.

Let us know what features you would like to see in the new Norris J. Millet Sr. Library. An Open House Community Engagement Meeting on the LaPlace Branch rebuild will be held at the Leroy D. Williams Memorial Library in Reserve.
