Youth Cards
Children who are 5 years of age or older may obtain their own library card. In this case, the adult must offer identification and proof of residency. By Law, juveniles 17 and younger must have an adult parent or legal guardian come into the library, present a valid form of identification and sign the application form. The parent or legal guardian will select the level of access they wish the juvenile to possess.
